Windbot hasn't actually gotten any new features in forever. Xeno's had way, way more of them this last year. Admittedly though, some of it was catching up with stuff that WB already had.
I suspect that the official scripts has had a big negative impact on the paid scripts market (at least I would be selling stuff for all vocs if they didn't exist and its likely other people reason similarly). However, for the end user they clearly contribute something valuable.
Well you maybe right but actually the only function that matters and the user of XB are asking ALOT is the reconnect after server save, and windbot got it, also better HUD, better shooter, WindAddons, and us? Oxtools? lol'dQuote:

it is really easy to make scripts for urself if you need it with xeno
I'd rather just stick to my free thread where I can say 'screw you' when people ask for help with dumb things. Making the switch now would also require quite a bit of effort which I don't consider worth it in the current climate. My old paid scripts actually sold really poorly, admittedly I'm much more well-known nowadays and that is very important, but there's still too many free scripts around (and I do contribute towards that myself) for me to think that it would be worth it.Quote:
