Personally I prefer people-free places so I don't get reported too often. I am not sure about 'true pg places'. On my EK I used Goroma Necro at 120-160 lvl. On my ED I leveling on Ancient Scarabs till 100 lvl (around 120k exp per hour with profit) and since 100 level I am hunting Ancient Ruins Tomb (180-200k exp per hour with profit + a chance for bait and maxima) ;) If you want a lot more exp you probably should go Dragon Lords or something with SDs.

Probably Sea Serpents or Hive Surface would be best :)

i was going to go for oko frost dragons? it seems like a nice place and id like a place that is not crowded haha

It's good too but profit won't be that great as at hive surface for example :P
