Another thing you can do at souls to stay a bit longer to get more exp and hopefully more spirit containers is use all the plats that you made on the hunt obviously drop all empty flask and quicky buy more mana pots at the npc who is through the tp cant remember his name, this would mean you might have to bring a few more GFB's at the begining but when i did this I got so much more loot and so much more rich just an idea.

Started a war with @Funkgary team cause I was bored, lol.
Here's the frags I've made on this character, I refrain from using him to do anything but kill them when they skull since they're all a waste lol. Also a few other frags from the "main" war on the server.

Personally, I don't. Healing when I don't want to can exhaust a possible mana shield, levitate, magic rope, etc. I stay away from autoheal for that reason alone.
