The main purpose of Xenobot is to hunt. So if that goes away, then leveling/looting/making-money is out the window. Xenobot needs to be fixed to allow a more secretive/stealthy way to hunt, ASAP. Or I am going to cancel my subscription.

Could some moderators look into the whole situation? It seems way bigger then usuall :/

If you were deleted or banished, you have the option to dispute it. Have you guys tried that? It should be available on your account page.

They delete your account as well so you can't access the account page.

Well, if you were banished you should be able to, unless it recently changed.

I sent an email to [email protected] when I was deleted and they investigated. But my case was different than you guys, lol. Seems like most of you are being deleted while you were AFK botting. That, you probably won't win, no matter how nice of an email you have.

Try simply sending an email asking them to investigate it further. Perhaps use this as a template to begin your email:

This guy never got deleted for botting, lol

You can try using the trick I did before here. I've updated the post with an example email. Don't copy it word-for-word... Just start with that template and go from there. That is very similar to my initial email to CipSoft regarding the deletion of one of my accounts last year.

EDIT: Oh, and don't add any specific details. Just keep it simple. Give it a shot. @wallnut

You're not getting it! I don't want to dispute it, and I shouldn't have too. I'd just prefer to create a new account, but if it gets deleted in 2 days what's the point? Xenobot needs to be fixed, so that my account won't be flagged and deleted. Read some of the other posts in this thread before you start responding because I'm starting to repeat myself.

care to specify which scripts you are using? how long you are botting?
