They should payout the cost of the item at NPC rate (as long as you win ;)). There's one guy who runs casinos on my server that pays out 100%, so if you bet a knight armor and win, you get 10k cash ^_^

Probably around 550k/h over a 6 hour period, I haven't got the greatest skills, and I think that's why I haven't reached the 600k-limit.
