I get quite a few messages about this item, they are located in Venore coryms, daily spawn. :)

(there's also a second spawn also in Coryms in a cave more to the west of this but I don't remember the exact location anymore. I think it was on the lowest floor, head to most north, then rope up and walk south-west)
