Just an update on my donation to this lottery...
UPDATE #1:
PACC.eu has not yet fulfilled my purchase. It has been almost 5 days since I made the purchase. The order still says, "Pending." I've tried contacting them but no response. Today I opened a dispute on PayPal and I'm awaiting their response there as well. Let's hope it all works out. No need to worry. I'll provide the premium one way or another. It just may not be a GameCode.

PACC.eu has refunded my payment.
