It's not the same picture but I used the same settings for both if them, check the borders around the eq and such and you'll see the difference.

Hunted 1 full level in darashia dl's with sd's..
Loot: Dragon Scale Mail, 2,5k pure cash, 500gp worth creature drop, dragon hammer(left it in cave)
Waste: 240 sd's~, 50 mana potions, Life ring, 30 minuts soft boots
