Report or not report?

Do you report people hunting/botting in your respawn? Why?
If yes, what message you use when reporting?


I'm reporting most of people in my spawn when hunting with my main char, but just the ones that I see that are cleary botting, becouse what if I don't report and they report me?

I usually use messages like: "using bot here at spawn xxx, he don't awnser me and keep hunting here for hours".

I know, it seems a bit douche of my part, that's why I'm asking the opinion of all xenobot community about this.

I only report people who really annoy me. F.E. when they bot in my spawn for hooouurs without responding. I'm not going to report people just cuz they're botting. That'd be hypocritical. :p

I only do it when on my main manually hunting but that's if you acknowledge I'm there. "Oh you hunting here" or ";s" and start to bot usually ends with a report. If you are botting when I get there or same place as my bot chars I don't do anything about it

I usually dont, but only like when there're lvl 300 botting on dworcs or smtn like that... it really annoys me

If you report someone it'll be easier for CipSoft to catch you, since you're helping them to difer who's botting and who's not.

I dont sit there doing it all the time but i do report pepole, whatever it takes for them not to be in my spawn i will do, if i have to report or go kill.

I only report people who I dont like.

I know I'm getting mass-reported as well, so..

I never report anyone.

Reason?

1st; It's a pussy-move.
2nd; Reporting anyone could get yourself in trouble (they start investigating, maybe they check you up aswell?)

Only war enemies (I play hardcore / open pvp servers only).

I report two types:

People that tell me they reported me (yes, many ppl are this retarded)

Stupidly high lvl players in low level areas when I'm trying to bring a char up - example is lvl 90+ in shadowthorn



Anything else - nope!

Same here, I only report people who tell me they reported me, in hopes that they either are a botter or if not; that it would screw with CIPs detection.

I stopped as I started botting, not gonna report people for doing what I am doing. Honestly though I wish tibia was botfree but that will never happen so I am happily using xenobot until such a day (never gonna happen). :D

It blows my mind that botters would report others botters :eek:

I report people who miss spell their tibia character name's. And all BR'S

I dont, more reports of botter to tibias detection tool = easier that i get hit aswell. :)

if someone is 80 and botting a rotworm spawn for level 20 and totally ruining my exp i'll report them, otherwise no.

seriously why? I clean my spawn by killing ppl. "Biggest goes first"

I report people if they:

Say they have reported me and are clearly botting themsevles
Tell me im a noob botter and are clearly also a botter
Tell me to leave my spawn so they can 'play the game' (bot)
IF they are too high for the spawn for example a 200 ek botting apes when im trying to lvl my 30ek

I dont report others just for botting though, i have no problem sharing my spawn with fellow botters, but if they take the piss then whatever i report them

I report every single botter of the enemy guild, the rest I dont care about :)

I think everyone who has the 'balls' to anonymously report a fellow botter should also disclose what worlds they play on, so the rest of the xeno community can avoid the scum and improve our ban evasion %.
