If GMs will be able to ban for botting then hopefully they won't delete account immediately because GM's opinion can always be biased (I guess?) :P Unless their's job will be to analyze automatic detection tool's reports etc and ban/delete accordingly to that.

If the information is correct they are hiring 10 part time employees (most likely students or whatever) for 12 hours a week.
