I've only been playing Tibia for 8 months and am continually shocked at how terrible their customer support is. They wont even post a brief update on their website. The tech support board turns into a free for all

Don't think they will give any vouchers as they already did + some of people haven't used the last one so, they won't give it.
well I got told it was all coming from a guild in Elera who were using it to disrupt their enemies its on the tech and world boards
