Go to C:\Program Files\XenoBot\
In one of the folders, there will be files that look something like this:
"it.0017.123.12.123.xml"
Delete them all and restart the bot. The important thing to note is delete the ones starting with "it". If that doesn't work, delete the .dlls and "sp.0017.123.12.123.xml" files as well.
When i delete all it. and sp. files i still see item failed to load item data. aborting.
When i delete one of dll files form c:\program files\ xenobot bot can't run
What version are you trying to use?
Open file "hosts.ics" with note or another edytor and delete all what is writing in this file

The numbers are just place-holders. There's multiple files with different numbers. Like I said before, they don't matter, only the prefix does. Delete them all.

Try to delete "hosts" and "hosts.ics" file, as someone has already said. Google this process if you don't know where the files are.
