Lack of scripts?

I noticed theres quite alot of scripts that aren't made.
I just wanted to know why?

I don't have the time to learn lua and make my own scripts.

Theres so many places which aren't here on Xenobot for low to high levels on all vocations.

Everyones scripts literally stop at level 300 on Xenobot and I was wondering if it had anything to do with the bot itself or just scripters don't know where to make any more scripts?

I'd happily share some ideas with you all incase you need them.

Or is it that people simply do not have the time?

Dave,

I currently only make scripts for myself. And for friends. I consider you a friend, if you ever need something scripted, just let me know and I'll see what I can do. I'm so lazy lately. :(

I think there is no need for other scripts to be made, because their exp/h is lower etc.

I disagree. There's multiple scripts that could be the same exp/h but just a different place.

Examples - Oramond Catacombs, Inq Hellhounds, WoTe Undeads and Drakens

All listed on windbot forums and all have good exp/h and good profit/h for Royal Paladins (what I'm looking for).

Truth is there are level 400+ botting with XenoBot however, at this level its more often as a combination with hunting manually or war etc and the amount botting those levels are significantly lower than low-mid range. With that said the main reason why we dont have any super high level script (even though we got some 400+ in testing:cool:) is the low demand for it. Low to mid range yield better profit and since we all got studies or work at the side we want to make the time worth! Sure there are always places that are new or that arent scripted but for me personally if I'd script in my full time thy'd be done, now that's not the case :p

Also I believe the main-key for a new script is suggestions, so feel free to make your list so we know what the people want :)

Someone should really make INQ hellhounds, that shit is a gold mine for paladins.

The Major ones im searching for are Oramond Glooth Golem Tower (Knight), Oramond Hydras (Knight), Yielothax (Knight), Mad Mage (Knight) and maybe Catacombs for Paladins could be nice also :) and as RaiQi allready said Inq Hellhounds are also nice, seen this Script for Windbot on an friends paladin

@Kociii your scripts are also awesome, but til now i could only try them on my lower leveld characters because you dont have too many 180+ Scripts available for now

There is seriously near to none low level paladin scripts on these forums, its like everyone expects you to manual a paladin to level 60~ then scripts are available lol. Im aware there are some scripts for low level pallys but no variety at all.

There is a lack of script for several reasons. I've been using xenobot for cavebotting for like 2 years now? maybe longer, but few months ago i changed to windbot for cavebotting and im using xenobot for war related hotkeys and healings.

For scripters it is harder to make scripts with xenobot, it takes more time than when you make it with windbot. Also the setup of xenobot is irritating < you have to open lua file on your pc to setup the script for your own needs. With windbot you can setup any script in the bot.

Also i've seen that 99% of the times that i used xenobot, the bot crash, get stuck somewhere, even if i bought scripts from the paid section they were never working as it was supposed to me. Overall windbot is much easyer to bot with than xenobot. I have safed alot time by changing to windbot, since botting with xenobot just costed MUCH more time.

Another reason why i changed to windbot is because of the banishments. As soon as i botted up a char from rookgaard to level 8, it got deleted in the few days that followed. I changed to windbot leveled up a char to level 8, and didnt get deleted.

Xenobot also has alot of positive features like:
- Really fast healing
- You dont need to setup hotkeys before going to bot
- A good and easy combo bot

/ Xenobot is the best bot around to use when you use it for other purposes than cavebotting.

Oh really? At one point i found it extremely difficult to bot up my paladin due to lack of scripts, my paladin is level 43~ i'll be sure to check out your thread for suitable scripts i guess :D

If you got some ideas, I'd love to make some more paladin scripts if you are open to test em :D

Sure, as long as its within my level range. I will look up your thread and give some ideas for you for sure :D I noticed that the level 8-60 range for pallys are a bit of a problem, but hopefully i can suggest a few things to eliminate this issue. :D

I am trying to bot high lvl ek for now is lvl 93 skills 110/103 :) Please for yielothax script is so much cash from them and good exp
