I know people who have activated four at once. Don't believe there is a maximum.
There is none. Tibia.com itself says you can stack them as high as you want, so you could just get 8 voucher's and use them all at once f.e.
I recommend to not use more than 4 at a time btw, if you are a mage, take some hours of those 4 vouchers for mlvl, mate of mine did on double voucher only in 1 night 103-106. I know a guy that made 80-112 in 7 days on 4 vouchers

There is currently NO LIMIT to how many vouchers you can activate, as we can see that is set in motion to change, along with adding pausability to vouchers.
Since stacking is being removed it seems like the best time to use up old saved vouchers, that will also now gain an expiry date.
All of this is fine news as it appears to be a necessary step before introducing buyable vouchers with an expiry date. Imagine being able to buy 6 1 day vouchers and activate them all, ofc they had to change this. Ofc buyable vouchers are coming :)
An update im tired and its early here so i paniced and had activated all 4 and am currently 50k into training ml xD
Check tibia.com info on compensation and how vouchers will work we will even be able to pause a voucher

Its better to save those vouchers and activate after changes the new pause feature is amazing. Start a voucher then immediately pause it, bot the whole day then regen stamina and rinse repeat. can get way more levels then the time you spend regaining stamina with multiple vouchers active.
