It's like a drug , is sick addicted I jerks 2 times a day for many years now . I play computer games , I started just study and came into college so need study hard(engineer) , but I do not get horny girls because I am jerking off two times per day .

I dont think we need to have any research regarding that it is, since most guys probably have masturbated every day since they were 13 or so. Indeed it is.

What Im saying is, that porn specifically, not masturbation in itself, but porn with masturbation, is damaging you. The "some stuff that sets free" as you called it, its just not that simple. But people dont. The porn damages your brain and re-programs it in many ways, that for example alot of people have a hard time to get a hard on with normal girls, because the porn has fucked up their brains so much.

Just think about it. You have access to UNLIMITED amount of free, top fucking grade porn, whatever weird fucking fetish you might have - porn will feed it. And for each time you do it, you get less excited about normal girls. Because lets face it, if real life was like porn god damn it, that would be nice. But it aint. IRL you have to step down so many steps in how hot the girls are, how good the sex is and so on.

Insecurity due to too much time spent behind the computer and social awkwardness because we've never trained in those situations. Indeed it is! And most people lie about it you know IRL, online you see thats its freaking loads of ppl that are way beyond 20+ and still none..
