This guy should be banned anyway, I remember buying coins off him on one username on windbot from this pp email and then he is using this one again under a different username here. This is most likely being used as a 'trick' to scam for bigger cash.

Haha I waited from 21:34-00:17 to get a respond fron him. Also he said the cash was held by paypal when he somehow could send it back. Also why not just send coins instead of go through all of this? He is obviously a scammer but knew he would lost against me in chargeback. So please bann him. 100% scammer.

Kilu is not a scammer he is just really busy. I bought a 181 ed of him even though i had to wait to get the account because he had to get the funds first because he had to wait to get the money he still answered my questions in a timely manner. Like be patient and people will respect you hes obviously busy.
