Problem with paid subscription

Hello, I've bought subscription via paypal and when i want to log in xenosuite the I'm getting massage "YOU'VE ALREADY USED YOUR TRIAL ON ANOTHER XENOBOT ACCOUNT PLEASE PURCHASE THE BOT TO CONTINUE USING IT!"

But I've paid an hour ago, I have paypal id transaction if u need. Please help me.

Same for me, did my first payment roughly a week ago but no full version. Today I retracted my first payment and tried it again. But still no full version ;/

Is there any support? We're paying u money, would u look at this problem??

I have the same problem. tried to contact via PM here but no answere.. i thought something went wrong so i purchased it again and still no subs.. This is not ok, we are loyal customers!!!

Same problem for me aswell, had xeno for years... And now i payed once again and he's scamming us.
What this is, is a fraud. Darkstar is taking money from us without giving us the product. Unacceptable!

Like FL1NGAN said, scam... Just taking money and we don't get the bot. No one even respond to our problem and we have no option to contact the staff. This is pathetic. Hope everyone see this threads and won't buy.

Exactly, many people are regulary paying for this bot, and support don't have 5min to check this forum. Anyone who have the same problem please share about that with us, meybe if this thread grow up bigger than they will do something. :mad:

same for me 5 days ago my subscription went out and i bought new didnt get it so ithought something went wrong bout it again and still no subscription active... thats a shame we dont get our bots we pay for

Witam to samo zostało u mnie w takim razie zostaliśmy oszukani ale nie rozumie po co jeżeli xeno jest dobry i użyteczny jeżeli administracja to wykorzystuje to bedzie zła opinia wystawiona.. A kolejna sprawa jest taka że zabrało mi z kąta i nawet ch.j nic nie napisze czemu tak się dzieje..

Looks like this thread has been going for a while I have the exact same issue, bought this like an hour ago and still nothing. Just says my xenobot expired 2 days ago and that's all I'm getting.
