Similar to what my iPhone used to get. Even on my 20MB/s fibre optic, I was only pulling around 1.5MB/s on my iPhone, but it kept flickering, like it would gradually climb, then suddenly drop by .5MB/s or so, and climb again.

Also, hate all this mb / mB bullshit. Should all talk in bytes. What pisses me off is when companies advertise their internet speeds in mbps, and it always used to be (for me, at least) that when you downloaded something in the olden days, they would say "Only a 5kB download!" So basically it was as if they were advertising both things to trick the uninformed into thinking they would be able to download a 5kB file in 1s on their 5kbps internet connection (note capitalisation!)

Not too bad, really. As mentioned the iPhone capped at 1.5MB/s (around 12mbps) even on an excellent connection. For the Lumia 920 to pull 15 up and 18 down is pretty outstanding, considering the iPhone costs considerably more, and has a much bigger fanbase... Makes very little sense, really.

Also this, I think you will find, is hilarious.
