not afk spots - okolnir frost dragons, darashia dragon lords, grim reapers (with blocker), or maybe high class lizards with avalanches

Yalahar Minos/Elves.
Try to aim for Zaoan Helm, MPA, Zaoan Legs, Boots of Haste, MMS/Demon Shield. You can use that EQ to like lvl 175.
