This is probably your best option. If you don't want to buy two subscriptions, just use teamviewer to control the computer that has the subscription on it, while at the other house.

Well having my computer on 24/7 is not a big option for me :/

well you only have two parents, so you say that your HWID system is bound like 3 days because you are 3days at your mothers house and 3days at your fathers house.Even if you share it you will still have the HWID system like it is right now. You can still share the account but you have to wait like 8 days or something to change machine. But if you actually have divorced parents you can tell an admin that you are like 3 days at your mothers plays and then 3/4 days at your fathers
