f12->network tab->rightclick anywhere->clear cache (This forces the browser to drop things that sometimes ctrl-f5 doesn't drop) Just want to check this before anything else.

Small theory but log into a google account (via gmail or whatever) and see how it displays.

I logged into one and it didn't work then logged out and still didn't work. Why's this happening to me ?

I can't seem to replicate your issue on any browser, but I will keep it in mind while working on it. For now use Firefox or try the dev/beta releases of Chrome.

Possibly, go incognito and test.
