Okay, so.. I don't know exactly how to explain this, but it is like my tibia backdrop (ground such as desert, cobble stones etc) Is lagging behind my char.. My character isn't lagging at all but it seems as if the background is lagging behind and moving slower, really aggregating.. I've tried DX5, DX9, Open GL, along with all different type of frame rates. anyone have any suggestions on what's going on or perhaps having the same problem as me?
