Let's be honest, I heard of this story a long time ago. I think this came in 2006-2007 or something.
Back then, 10k was about 4-5 euro (6 USD). So, the kid owed about 12 USD. That's a lot of money for any child, really.
Still, killing over 12 USD is a bit rough.
