Forum revamp / cleanup

• Remove old stickies
• Apophis skin / New logo
• Actively move what is posted in the wrong sections to keep everything organized and make people learn!
• Reorganize the sections/sub forums to better match our users needs and what causes problems, I think a Standalone .Lua section should be created with the following subforums : Request and Support, Free Scripts, Paid Scripts, the current lua scripts section is always mistaken for support and its hard for some new user to find himself on the forums

This is just what comes to my mind right now, i think it really needs an overall better look on the forums.

Forum Suggestions:

• Report button - Add back the report button or give a good reason why it was removed. The report button is a quick and easy way to help mods keep the forum organized.
• Forum organization. Trade board should be split it to 2 sub boards A) characters and B) Gold and items
