Cannot open .lua scripts

I suspect it's the ö in Administratör. I've made it work for special characters like this, but I've only tested it on Windows 7 systems. It's possible that XP has some issues that I'll need to look into. I'm sorry about this, I'll add it to my todo list.

Not sure, but for now you can try making a secondary user on the machine. Or get an up to date OS. Using XP is a huge security risk, man.

It seems you were right. I made a new user and boom, success.

It's a bit of a hassle having to change users whenever I want to use scripts, but it'll have to do for now.
