The hunting exori (which you can see in the magic shooter) checks for players within the size of your spell plus some buffer, which I think is 2 sqm. So it won't use exori if there's anyone within 3 sqm.
Only if the server he's playing on triggers the XenoBot magic shooter's "PvP Safe Enabled". Open Tibia servers have an issue with this, in-case he's on one.
Its completely automated by XenoBot, we have no control over it @jollebollen
