Update: I was able to convert the account registration to my name/address and I have ordered a new rkey. Will check back in 30 days to confirm the account is 100% mine by then. So far so good.

Following up on this. CIPsoft took a while to get me a new recovery key. I had to wait 4 weeks before I can order a new one (the original one I bought didn't come in). It finally came in and the account is fully mine. Thank you for the trade @Brute
