You could check to see if your character has moved in the last 15 seconds or something, if not play an alarm.
you can still move when it is showing i and alarm is all i really need im never going to be to far from keyboard

Is the question a text message or a window or a box that pops up? If its just a text message then you can parse it with the generic text message proxy. I know @Fatality solved a similar request in the past.
it pops up like above your head so i wouldn't know
