New XenoMap Launched

Lualand is being put to rest and is being succeeded by XenoMap.

There were some features I haven't been able to port over due to limited time, but they will be added in the very near future.
This mainly includes configuring map settings after create.
Please report any bugs you may find as this was a huge revamp.

I had to reset the scripts since they are stored a different way in the database now.
Subscription options have changed, with an option for 1 month of Xenomap or a bundle with 1 month of Xenomap + Xenobot
Due to the above change, if you had credits they have been transformed to premium days.

As always, it looks best in Chrome, Firefox coming in second (with a marker image issue), and IE sucks balls as usual (it will prompt Chrome Frame if you insist on using IE)
I will be updating a changelog later in the day. I'll let you guys explore first.
