Notes: I would recommend you start with these specifications and go from there. I chose these specifications because of their especially good price-to-performance ratio. However, the AMD GPU is not something I would necessarily recommend, but your budget is extremely limited. The new R370 is within 10% of the GTX 960 (performance-wise) and should offer you a fairly good experience. You may change the CPU for a lower quad-core variant to save some money. However, these specifications are a great combination.
