Stamina Question

I got a question, whats faster for getting lvl, wating for full stamina or start boting in 40 hours.. To generate from 40:00-42:00 it tooks around 1 day, so i really dont know if its better wating full or botting.. Obviously you get 50% more stamina with full, however youll save some days if you bot at 39:59 hrs
