Reconect other than in Tools Xeno?

Hello Friends! I need very important script to me.
So, i using option "reconect" in Tools and when coming SS (serwer cleaning) my 3/4 clients login again, but 4 no longer, because appears message:
"Too many connections attempts from this IP . Try again later."

I think, that this message shows up, because the bot uses too fast reconect.
Is it possible create script who will use "reconect" less often?
I am able to even pay for this!

Please help!
