It depends. Preferably high-levels though.
Typically speaking it's actually someone who does testing in exchange for access to scripts.
For instance, in BugWT we have about 20 members, most of whom just test. The result of that is sure we lose a bit of money as those people don't buy scripts, but we gain experience & knowledge from having our scripts thoroughly internally tested before sending them to paying customers. It also prevents chargebacks etc by stopping problems.
If I were to hire a "tester", or "sponsor someone" as you people put it, I'd expect them to have either 1 of each vocation or 4 characters one of each from level 100-200, 200-300, 300-400, and 400+, alternatively 6 or more level 200+ chars, with numerous vocations... I think you get the idea, I'd expect them to have a lot of chars & time.
You cannot fail, so I'm lowering the standard.
