The same ip's can be explained by using the same tunnel, proxy, VPN, etc. They can also be explained by accounts being sold or traded, as previously mentioned. I do, however, have a method to link accounts which will not be disclosed. This method has, however, determined that @Arak and @ethan are the same person. Everybody else is free and clear. Sorry for any confusion. Aydin is just trying to protect the community by exposing scammers - he didn't know that I could do this much easier internally. Please excuse him for not being as subtle as he should have been.
