Hi so I decided to try the free trial to get used to the bot I signed up and then tried installing my laptop was blocking the install but I clicked run anyway I have tried again and again and again and everytime I press install it never works I have waited around 20 minutes and still the bar never moves how can I fix this please help.

Usually you can find your antivirus on your bottom right task bar. Open it, there should be an option "Disable" or "close" or if not, you could find an option to disable firewall for a few moments.Originally Posted by ravensfan123
