Can someone tell me what the hell EARTH is? Never ever seen a death like this.
Especially not when i wake up and is standing far south of thais at some kind of witch that made me look like a donkey.

It is death from poison, like if you get poisoned by a snake or poison field, it now says "earth" since they renamed poison, introduced death, blood, and holy damage...
