Not to boss you around or think that I own you or anything, but you should UPG your set on the level 37...
Maybe a Knight Set, with a Noble Axe and Guardian/Dragon Shield, unless you want to go large and spend a few extra k's
Then I would say to buy this, the helmet is fine though: Knight Armor, Zaoan Legs, Zaoan Shoes, Demon Shield, Noble Axe...
For the second set I wouldn't spend more than 72k
