However at the person that said the Katana is the strongest weapon in Rookgaard, you are wrong my good sir.
The strongest weapon on Rookgaard is the Spear.
So once you are strong enough to block the goblins easily you should get a "weapon switcher script" to train your Distance Skill on the goblins with their small stones.
You can then start using a script for buying Spears later, or you could do the "Orc Language" quests so that you can buy arrows and a bow from the Blind Orc.
This of course works much better once you have a decent amount of spare Capacity.

I left home at 8 am and left the bot running untill server save but came back at 20:00 or so

PS: normal working days I start botting when I got my lunchbreak at noon

Well i was botting all the time bears and was buying them too, + my friend had rook moneymaker, got 40 lvl on rats xd. Then i stopped playing tibia and forget about them and they were 2 lvl so after 2 months or 3 months got deleted xd

Sold the creature products ^^ and took level 26 (out of stamina, changing to the next character!)
