No, you're banished for 7 days then deleted. Its been this way since last year when they implemented the new conduct system.

Botting is 100% always deletion. You get 7 days to acknowledge the entry in your criminal record, then after 7 days your account is deleted. That is the only reason people have 7 day bans.
