There are several ways to get people red skulled:

    1. If they are shooting a spell which doesn't require a target, i.e exori san, exori vis, etc, then stand in front of them and kill their mob 1.9s after they last shot a strike spell. This works because bots build up event queues to be executed, and if the timing is right a job can be added to an event queue (in which normally it will only stay for a few ms) just before the mob dies, and soon after the mob dies the job will be executed, resulting in the spell being casted without a target. This is more of a threat to those with high latency.
    2. If they are not using any spells you can do the same thing, but as the mob dies walk onto the sqm which it died on. This requires some pretty delicate timing, if you're quick enough it will work because in memory the creature is still marked as having a HP % which is not 0 until your client receives the packet to say that it is dead. If the person luring has a better connection, even just 10ms better, they can kill you with this trick.
    3. Place a rune on top of the corpse which has just died, as the bot goes to loot it it will right click the corpse, a bad script or mildly flawed bot design will then left click elsewhere on screen and use the rune. A fire bomb or similar can get red skull quite easily. This does not rely on connection but the design of the bot, for instance XB looks for corpse IDs on the ground. iBot and RBP I believe rely on the last known coordinates of the creature which they are trying to loot, so it will be more effective on those. On XB you're looking at relying, once again, on connection, as if the bot reads the corpse ID it will add the right click command to the job queue, then as the job is executed there may suddenly be a rune on top of the corpse, and the command is to use the top ground item of X, Y, Z.

The others are primarily for bots which use mouse clicks but they are:

    4. Use parcels to put yourself "in front of" the target monster, force the bot to stop attacking the monster and start again (by pushing him off & back onto screen), and when he re-enters he will attack you. Not sure if this still works, but it did used to, basically when you right click a "stack" of creatures / players, you target the one which is graphically top-most.
    5. Use a staircase or levitate spot to stand in the same sqm as a monster surrounded by field runes, again, push the botter off and back onto screen and he will try to attack the monster which you are on top of. This works because the bot will try to attack the creature which is on the same SQM, and once again when you right click a "stack" of creatures or players, you target the one which is graphically top-most.

Some of these are like 5% success rate, others closer to 80%, but they all work / have worked at some point in the last few months.

Anyone who does this and bots is a hypocrite, and I would urge them to stop for the sake of keeping bots alive. If you kill someone 2-3 times, they get mad, they stop using their script cause it gets them killed. If they can't find another, a lot of the time they just stop botting, stop paying for their bot, and the developers lose customers. On top of that, they could have turned out to be top scripters and released a ton of awesome shit, so you could be losing out to. If that's not enough, finally, they are just like you, trying to get that edge which we all strive for, what gives you the right to take that from them? I mean, it's not like you're going to benefit other than by having a slightly more free spawn for a few hours...

Luring on / killing a fellow botter is fowl play, and although I'm not going to condemn people who do it, I don't appreciate people doing it.

I'll also point out here (as I haven't expressed this before here that I recall) that you should never report another botter. The more reports CIP get, the more they know about botters. If people only report 100% guaranteed botters, we are gonna get ass-fucked hard. The best thing that anyone can do is to report people who are not botting. That will fuck up the system and CIP will hopefully begin to ban fair players, resulting in us getting a bit more freedom to bot and enjoy.

    Look at this map:

    Code:
    XXXXX
    XXCXX
    XXXYX
    XXXXX
Consider C is the Creature, and Y is You.

Image how it will look if you are on top of 3 parcels, you will block the view of the creature. That in turns means that when the bot tries to right click on the creature, you will be in the way, thus he will right click on you, taking a skull.
You cannot fail, so I'm lowering the standard.

u can make someone skulled on xenobot only in 1st way. 2nd, 3rd and 4th u can do only if someone is using bots with simulated keyboard and mouse.

Its not working with this bot, xeno is integrated with client and even if someone is botting on zombies and you have char named "ZOMBIE" it wont target you as Ibot do.

Yeah, but a lot of people don't realise or understand it as a potential way of getting skulled...
