you should try to reload the page with ctrl + F5

I'm not sure if Nick's enabled payments again, but if he has and you find yourself still at issue, try clearing your cookies.

Like sam said not sure if payments are enabled but i've got that same paypal error more than once on another website trying to buy something with paypal and all i had to do was try on another browser..i honestly don't know why this fixed my problem but it did haha :P

When i got the error i was using safari and fixed it by using firefox :/ but like i said that was on another website not sure what could be the problem.
