I have over 40 accounts safe. This is starting to make me think they are just banning the gold selling spammers.

Still, my main account which has used tibiaauto, TUG bot, neobot and now xenobot (xeno and tibiaauto most recently) hasn't been banned ! 4 recent noob accounts not banned either

How did you file complaint it wont let me hit the complaint box :X.. Or whats there email. ill email them

I emailed them at support@tibia.com, witch only speeded up me deletion, since they deleted the account the day after with this reply:

An automatic check of the account has shown that unofficial software was used to
play Tibia. As a result, the account has been punished. Please note that the
results of automatic checks are unequivocal, so you cannot appeal against the
entry in the rule violation record or the resulting punishment. Also, please
understand that we cannot give you any further details concerning the check procedure.

Your account has been deleted instantly. Please note that the penalty for rule
violations is in CipSoft's discretion. In other words, the sentence for a rule
violation can vary depending on various circumstances. If you would like to go on
playing Tibia, please create a new account and start over. However, we strongly
recommend you make sure not to violate the Tibia Rules again.

To issue the punishment, a random character was selected from your account. The
punished character must not necessarily have used unofficial software, but there
is no doubt that another character of this account has been caught. Which
character was selected does not have any effect on the account deletion itself.

Please note that it does not matter if you committed the rule violation with your
character yourself, or if you were hacked. Please understand that we always hold
the account with which the rule violation has been admitted or committed accountable.

Plenty of botters get banned, your turn will come and so will everyone elses but yeah i do reckon a LARGE percentage of these banned accounts are the gold selling spammers

Even though i belive xeno is the best bot out, it's highly likely that almost everone WILL get banned eventually. When using a bot (no matter which), it's pretty much a matter of time before you get hit.
Unless you're using scripts with AI and walks around and plays pretty much like a human being.

I've realized most people who get banned botted a low level char (100- or below) on the account that got botted and they used a script that many other people use. This is why I write all my own scripts and don't release them.
