Yes I can. About the thread design, I've been using photoshop for over 3 years. With a 6 month break (I'm just coming back from, I cannot believe how rusty I've got) I was creating webdesigns, signatures, everything in Photoshop. Thread designs are incredibly easy if you know photoshop well. I suggest taking a look at online tutorials ^_^ I didn't use a tutorial otherwise I'd link you one. I can help teach you for a fee
