For the RP I strongly recommend @Joshwa534 and @xiaospike Yalahar Cemetery. You need level 25 (to use royal spears) and need access to the cemetery quarter (yalahar quest). You will waste absolutely nothing, you'll only profit.

Believe it or not, I leveled my level 25 RP (skills 80/70) from 25 to 70 there (well, I abused the x2 exp week).
