TPForums would be a good choice then. Take a browse around there, see if you can find a language which you like the look of (personally I prefer C# for .NET, but some like C++, others Delphi, VB, and a few others). If you're thinking of C#, I'd advise you to get a book, it's called C# 5.0 in a nutshell. It costs about 30 euros or so, but honestly it's the most useful reference book out there for programming in C#. If you're thinking of C++ then check the good references thread over there.
