    Windows 8 - transaction not gone through.

    Hello Xenobot community,

    I have recently purchased 30 days of XenoBot but the subscription has not been added to my account. I'm not sure what to do, but I have the proof of payment with all the information needed.
    I thought I'd consult here before I spoke to DarkStar, but I am sending an e-mail as well just in case.

    PS: I purchased it via PayPal through credit card, the transaction went through but when I try to log-in it says I have no time left.

    Yah, I talked to Syntax who I believe is just below DarkStaR in the triangle of hierarchy, unfortunately with all his efforts he could not fix the issue, though his quick response and willingness to help was really appreciated!
    I sent DarkStaR 2 private messages in the last 2 days and also a visitors message. I really feel bad bugging him like this but I feel like I'm trapped between a rock and a hard place at the moment. Thanks @XtrmJosh for helping me out,

    This was a bug that happens to users who have transferred their lifetime subscriptions to other accounts, and is one of the reasons we stopped doing that for users. I fixed the bug just now so you should be good to go.

    :P Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I don't mean offence by this, but I often see these threads and expect the poster to have made some fundamental error, so when I first saw the post I was reluctant to reply. (It was also right as I was going to bed!) The post is on his Skype, and I'm sure Syntax has also contacted him about it. It will be fixed in time, I assume you're not completely desperate? :P

    Thank you so much to the both of you, Syntax as well. This is why I refuse to change to Ibot, the community established here and the staff members of Xenobot are helpful, and professional. Many excellent people here as well from TuG.
