Separate Vocation Client Hotkeys :] DOWNLOAD NECCESARY!

Hello guys! There is already a tutorial on how to make separate hotkeys for separate clients. But since some people were having issues with it, I decided to show how I do to make separate hotkeys for each client. Feel free to ask any questions if I didn't make myself clear enough.

THIS IS A CLIENT MODIFICATION, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! (Used for 3 years without banishment, but can still be unsafe)

1.The first thing you gotta do is download a new tibia and install it, use the normal tibia client dowloaded at www.tibia.com


2.The important thing when installing the new client is to name it different than your other client. Look at the pictures and you'll get the idea.






Now! When that is done you need to get a HexEditor. You can choose any of your liking and use it, I will show you which one I use and where to get it.

3.The Hexeditor I'm using is called 010 Editor. This is how it looks.



4.Now, open up the Hexeditor of your choice AS ADMIN! OR IT WON'T WORK and select File in the top left corner -> Open File -> The Tibia you want to stay unchanged of other clients.



5.When you have it opened press CTRL + F and type in CFG. Don't forget to have the same setting as I have on this picture. (ASCII)



6.When it's found the tibia.cfg you'll need to put your coursor INFRONT of the last letter and then press any number/letter you want to. (The whole word Tibia can be changed aswell, but it can only be changed for the same amount of letters/numbers as there is letters in Tibia, which means 5 letters/numbers) For example it can be named kkkkk or Tibik or Kibia etc.






7.Now to the last step, go into User -> Appdata -> Roaming -> Tibia there you will find the file tibia.cfg make a copy of it and name it the SAME as you named the cfg in your Hexeditor. As you can see I have had quite a few clients which I've done this on. Tho I always forget wich one is for which so I always make new... and forget to delete the old ones. Anyway! if you can't find appdata/roaming/tibia get your Run program up and type %appdata% and then press enter, and you'll find it. (Credits to KingDavey)



When everything is done and saved you're ready to go! (Don't forget that you will have two separate Tibia, as two separate programs. I recommend renaming them like this: )

Date was 2008, but that doesn't mean they don't still do it.

Anyway, you might be true, but I doubt it as I've used it for around 3 years. But yes, I thought of this aswell and well. Use at own risk I guess? ^^ @Infernal Bolt

Alltså om jag nu vill ha alla clienterna (sorc, druid, knight, paladin) som 4 klienter i en mapp tex o kunna öppna varje där alla har olika hotkeys. Ska jag då copy från C mappen?? Alltså varje tibia.exe fil där?

I did install tibia client four times before this below:

First > opened the hex editor and changed name on the cfg for all my 4 clients (1 for each voc). Correct?

Now I do what? Which clients / files should i make copy of so i can have 1 for each voc to login on??

This is correct, it looks good, now you should have in your C:/ folder four different Tibia folders, for example Tibia, Tibia Sorcerer, Tibia Paladin etc etc.

When you open this and edit the hotkeys it will not affect the other hotkeys in the other clients.

And I mean that you make copys from every tibia, lets say you have 1 folder in C:/ called Tibia, and one called Tibia Sorcerer, then I'd suggest you make a copy of these one at a time, and rename the copy, so for example it's called Tibia and the other is called Tibia sorcerer, because otherwise you will mix them togheter and it will be a pain in the ass.
