Paladins - What ammunition?

So, I will probably trade in a Paladin very soon and it has been a while since I mainly played Paladin, so many ammunitions and weapons have come.

What are Paladins using at what levels?

From level 25 and UP.

I just assume that spears are used for quiet a while, but when does it stop? Still depends on what you are hunting?

Well I guess Spears are commonly used from 8-100.
But I guess after 100 you can start using Prismatic Bolts/Crystalline Arrows to hunt with. Personally I use arrows since bows/arrows are lighter and more cap efficient compared to xbows/bolts. At the moment I am currently using Crystalline Arrows with a Mycological Bow which gives me a 99% hit chance according to tibia stats website.
