I hate seeing this, and I definitely did not want to have any of these posted but this is part of my Tibian life so here you go. I made the mistake of trying to take on Big Barbs at 49, using normal Health Potions and mana potions, got my arse combo'd by these and now I'm having to fork out on blessings.

Lesson, learned.
