If they dont follow you, you're safe, atleast from them.
You'll normally find that changing world helps a lot, but only if you are careful. E.g if you move from one server ruled by primarily Polish players to another which is ruled by Polish players, there is a high chance they will know each other and that you will have wasted your money. Best thing to do is to find a server which is at war, and try join one of the teams, see if you can't win your way out of trouble...

I found a guy that changed name and he didnt have the previous name in "former names". Then the next day I looked for that new name (still in my vip) in the website and said it didnt exist... wtf
